My strong background in identifying client needs led me to establish A Panache Affair and the APA Standard, which centers on crafting customized events that reflect the unique personalities and visions of our clients. We believe in building personal relationships with our clients, understanding their vision, desires and earning their trust. The goal is to go above expectations, and execute perfection.

We recommend booking 8–15 months in advance for weddings or large-scale events. However, we also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. For full planning services, 12-18 months in advance is ideal.
We specialize in high-end weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate galas, and luxury social gatherings. Every event is tailored to reflect your vision with sophistication, precision, and flair. We operate nationwide with a home base in Arizona and California, and we absolutely travel for destination events globally.
We have established relationships with many exceptional vendors and often secure special industry rates, but we're happy to work with your preferred vendors as well. Our goal is to create the best team for your specific vision and needs, ensuring cohesive execution and elevated results.
Unfortunately we no longer offer that service. In order to execute to our level of perfection, we require more time with our clients. Our Lean on Me package provides the perfect balance of pre-event planning support and comprehensive day-of coordination.

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all aesthetic. Our strength lies in curating events that feel elevated, cohesive, and deeply personal—whether that's timeless elegance, modern minimalism, or bold cultural fusion. Your style becomes our canvas.
We provide a shared Google Drive folder that houses all key documents—your planning questionnaire, master doc (with timelines, seating, budget, and more), mood boards, vendor invoices, and more—accessible anytime. Communication is primarily via email and virtual meetings, with in-person meetings included depending on your selected package.
We typically divide payments into 3 or 4 installments, depending on the overall duration of the planning process. However, we are happy to remain flexible and can adjust the payment schedule to best suit your needs. The only non-negotiable is that the final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
